It is well known that TCP has formed the backbone of the Internet stability and has been well tuned over years. Today the situation has changed, that is because the internetworking environment become more complex than ever, resulting in changes in TCP congestion control are produced and still in progress.  In this

paper we use an analytic fluid approach in order to analyze the different features of slow start, traditional swift start, and modified swift start algorithms. We then use simulations to confirm our analytic results which are promising enough.
